The website belongs to the trading and manufacturing company Avrora-stroy (AVRORA), 129 Auelbekov Street, Office 1, Kokshetau. It presents the liquid wallpaper we manufacture, wall preparation materials and application tools.
2. Product information
We aim to keep descriptions and photographs accurate. Colour and texture on screen may differ from the real finish because of display settings and lighting, so we recommend seeing a sample before you buy.
Coverage depends on wall preparation, layer thickness and application technique. Calculator results and figures on the pack are estimates: on average one pack covers 3–3.5 m². Application advice is general; always follow the instructions on the pack.
3. Prices
Prices are in Kazakhstani tenge per pack or per item. Prices may change; an order is charged at the price confirmed when it was placed.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted once it is confirmed, either on the website after successful payment or by our sales team. If an item is not available in the quantity you need, we will contact you with options.
You can pay through Kaspi or FreedomPay where these are available for your order, or as agreed with our sales team. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s secure page.
5. Delivery
Delivery method, cost and timing are agreed when your order is confirmed. On receipt, please check the number of packs and that they are undamaged.
6. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Protection”. To arrange a return, contact our sales team and keep your proof of purchase. We also recommend keeping the batch details, which help when ordering extra material.
7. Website content
Texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, the logo and the website design belong to AVRORA or are used with the rights holders’ permission. They may not be copied or distributed without our written consent; quoting with a link to the website is permitted.
8. Liability
We are responsible for product quality as provided by law. We are not liable for the finished result where the preparation and application guidance has not been followed, or for temporary unavailability of the website for technical reasons.
9. Third-party services
The website links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, 2GIS and Yandex Maps. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law.
